As always, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter how much I spazzed out on Jamel Mitchum during the process, I still left with a smile. This is the second car that I have purchase at Gwinnett Place Nissan, and I will always purchase my cars from them. Alex Ruiz (the finance Manager) was also great to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle
There comes a time in our lives that things don???t always work out, where you feel like you hit rock bottom and desperately need someone to extend an ???olive branch ??? to you to help you out. The day I came to the dealership I was at the lowest point in my life. I was stuck in a vehicle that I could no longer afford due to unforeseen circumstances that I had no control over. So let me start by saying how thankful I am for the care and support I received during my visit at the dealership. Everyone was so very compassionate, caring ,honest, respectful and very positive and that???s very hard to find these days. They were also very understanding of my situation and worked very to help me get. in position to get back on the right path financially. They not only were sensitive to my emotional stress but also very accommodating to my disability as I have been battling Parkinson???s disease for almost16 years. They made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was not under any stress during the entire process. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for your kindness! I am a Loyal Customer for Life. Lauren Gall, our sales person, was very personable and easy to talk to. She knew the 2018 Santa Fe inside and out and she understood what we needed in order to be able to afford the car. She made the process very smooth and enjoyable!

My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
I had a 2016 Nissan Altima, which I loved and the lease was coming due. With bad weather approaching, I KNEW that I needed the 2018 AWD Nissan Altima. We called around and Eric went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great deal and great experience on leasing this car! He was awesome and I highly recommend him and the Lancaster Nissan dealership!
My husband and I have been long time Nissan owners, I have known Donna Beam for more than 40 years. She sold me my first Nissan Sentra. she stands behind the Nissan product and goes out of her way to make sure you get the vehicle YOU want, and not to just settle for something that you are not fully happy with. Donna made a comment to me many many years ago, she said, " I would not sell a product that I didn't believe in." and she has been selling Nissan products for a long long time.
We bought our Subaru Outback yesterday from Chris Taylor at Dellenbach Subaru in Fort Collins. It was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. I contacted him to set up a meeting to talk about what kind of car I was looking at (new, used) narrowed my choices between Outback or Forester and from there made a decision on the Outback. Chris was extremely helpful, very patient during my 500 questions and had a great attitude the whole time. I would say the entire experience was refreshing from your "average" car buying extravaganza where you feel smothered by the sales person who is trying to sell you everything under the sun. This was different, it was smooth sailing, never felt hassled at any point and even though I went back and forth to the dealership 3 times before I bought anything they treated me extremely well from the second I walked through the door until I drove away in my new Outback. Not only was my sales experience excellent but Subaru's in general are really excellent car's so that helps when trying to make a decision. If you are looking to buy a new or use Subaru I would save yourself the trouble of looking else ware and give Chris Taylor a call.
Seen the car I wanted online went into the dealership I was greeted by salesman Curtis Smith he was amazing from start to finish very professional very easy to work with Curtis made the hole experience very pleasant... Bought the car that day very happy
One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. I highly recommend Kevin and Planet Nissan
