New Vehicle purchase

Purchased a new Buick yesterday, one of the best car buying experiences I???ve had (over 30 cars purchased throughout the past 50 years). Matt (sales manager introduced my wife and I to Carlos Velandia who was prepared to introduce us to the car we came to test drive. Carlos is simply the most knowledgeable, competent, patient and respectful car salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with. His knowledge of the vehicle was complete (no BS), and delivered in a calm well-paced manner. My questions were answered fully and respectfully. The test drive revealed a ???rattle??? on the driver???s side. One technician couldn???t identify it, sales manager thought it was related to a broken license plate. I retested it and still heard it.then Ryan and Sean from the service department drove the car and quickly determined the cause and had it fixed in a few minutes. Thanks again guys. The buying process was typical with a little back and forth negotiating, but proceeded as expected. The delivery process seems to be the bugaboo with many local dealerships, no exception here. It took about three hours from the time we agreed on a price until I drove off the lot. I realize the finance department has a lot of paperwork to process but it always seems to me, the customer who is waiting to drive his new car home, that it takes a long time. That being said, Alex presented the paperwork in an orderly and efficient manner. Monica handled the delivery orientation in a pleasant and efficient manner. Rather tediously explaining every feature (most of which I was already familiar with) she asked me what she could help me with, then proceeded to help me with what I wanted to know, great approach! Then the ever present Carlos went over a few additional items with me and sent me on my way. Job well done by all.
