Meet the sales person-polite,courteous, respectful-Imade my intentions clear on the reason for my visit. No pressure to buy right then and there. Was seen right away, and within a few minutes, went for a test drive. Salesman experienced and knowledgeable about the car. Gave me a copy of a hand written price, which I told him I would look over and possibly consider. Policy is to meet the manager, who I found to be pleasant, polite, and respectful; no pressure to buy the car. More managers could learn from him. I am compelled to provide a 4-star rating for this dealership due to several factors. Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Birtch, both of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in accommodating our requirements. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.
