I'm a long time customer of Kelly Nissan Woburn and have purchased and leased cars there. This visit was for a used vehicle, so a slightly different experience because there are more variables. We worked with Shawn who was polite and helpful, greeting us warmly as soon as we arrived. We explained it needs and budget and he helped us talk through some different options. Although he couldn't meet our exact needs he took the time to demonstrate a few different vehicles and cheer fully, said goodbye when we decided to keep looking elsewhere. Ultimately we decided that working with a dealer we trust and feel respected by made it worth stretching the budget a bit.

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. 2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure.
