Dealer responsive to honoring appointments, and accomodates last minute arrivals in order. I used discount coupons to save on service, but they're quick to find rules to void some savings. I had several repairs for which I had to make a second trip to get results. Something left loose, or unprogramed electronics. Immediate results should be forthcoming considering the price.

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived with my care and throughout the day I was informed how the service was moving forward. I had not paid attention to have my Kicks checked out as I was supposed to do but every single thing that needed changing, updating, fixing...everything and I as shown and again kept informed so that I could see what was being fixed on the car and how much that would cost. The young woman who created me and kept me informed all day was EXCELLENT.
