I such an amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas throughout the car buying process. I just bought a Nissan Kicks and love it and am so thrilled I went there to get it. I sent web inquiry and immediately received an invite from ASH, my sales rep, to come in for a test drive. He even scheduled an appointment time so I had his undivided attention the whole time. Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for 20 years. I no longer live in the D.M.V area but when I visit and need my vehicle serviced Passport Nissan is where I am taking my vehicle. A very special thank you to Richard Stenzel ( hope I spelled his last name correctly). He has been filling out my service request off an on for at least 12 of the 20 years. I have had many issues with my car since I bought it, but Jose, a great guy is always there to help. Recently, my transmission was failing. Even though I was worried about paying a lot of money, Jose helped through the process by making sure that my extended warranty takes care of the repair. He is a wonderful person who always make sure that his customers get all the information necessary and they leave with a happy face. In addition, the whole team is amazing.
