First time using them for scheduled service. Everything went smoothly. Frank let me know 2 things that should also be done, but did not push it. Said it could wait until next scheduled service. I did appreciate not being pressured to do it then.

I had my Rogue serviced and the employees were very professional and pleasant. Frank was very helpful and took the time to explain all the details to me. He also called me to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend using their service department and ask for Frank.

There were many vehicles available to choose from, and the salesman was able to help us find the right fit. The transaction was smooth and painless. Very accommodating facility; rapid appointment setting, prompt, effective service. Unlike other service/ repair centers, here you feel confidence in the services to be performed. Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.

Sergio was extremely patient w/me during the sales process. I am an elderly woman who needed an inexpensive car. My late husband usually handled these things. Sergio was very nice to help me through it all.

Just bought a car from Nissan - New Rochelle and it couldn?t have been a better experience . The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating and able to answer any question I had. Finance department also made a normally relatively stressful process very smooth. Overall a great experience.

Mae is the best. When my lease was up in April purchasing the vehicle was the best way to go and she made the process so easy and always goes the extra mile. I brought the car for maintenance to the prior dealership where she worked for maintenance because it was closer to home but they wanted to include air filters. I texted Mae and she looked my maintenance record and said it was done in April and not necessary. Bottom line, she saved me $150 and I will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance
