I recently went in for an oil change and found that my rear differential was toast. I had to have a new rear end installed which affected the ABS module which also had to be replaced. Through out the process, Dennis in the service dept. kept me well informed of the progress. They kept to the original estimate and also gave me a new loaner vehicle to drive. I was in the market for a used Nissan, stopped here to test ride one, the Sales Person John was great, he took the time to review all the features with me before taking the vehicle for a spin and after reviewed a few more. Went over financing options and warranty options, no pressure, very laid back.. I ended up going with another dealer better pricing.. however, I would shop here again in heart beat
