After shopping at several Nissan dealers in middle Tennesse over the course of a week, my husband and I decided to purchase our Rogue Sport from Nissan of Rivergate. This was our first purchase from them, but they treated us as if we were lifelong customers. Normally filling out finance paperwork is boring, but the finance manager, Zach Nguyen, made the whole process fun. Our sales consultants, Justin Garlock and Nikki Wallace, were both extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and SUPER helpful. Nikki spent at least 30 minutes explaining how all of the features work while Justin swapped our license plates and helped my husband transfer everything from our old car into the Rogue. As we were finishing up, the General Manager walked up and thanked us for our business, made sure that we were 100% satisfied, and presented us with a small gift of appreciation. Nothing like that has ever happened to us In the 40+ years that we've been purchasing vehicles! The folks at Nissan of Rivergate are top-notch all the way. I found the car of my dreams while searching on cars.com. Called the dealer and asked for Blake to get me some information on the car. Blake did a great job answering all my questions and working with the finance team to get me the right price. I flew from Fort Lauderdale to Nashville to pick up the car. Nissan sent Kwon to pick me up from the airport where he greeted me on time and even brought me a jacket as a cold front just pass through and I did realize it was going to be so cold. Once I got to the dealership Blake and Kwon answered all the questions I had. Kwon got me set up with the new MYNISSAN app, which im obsessed with! The clean team got my new ride super shiny!! Kwon and Blake took me for a ride and walked me around the car telling me about all the features it offered. Everyone in the dealership came over to say hello.
