I came into the service center on a Saturday right before closing with a squealing noise coming from my car. David Bertolotti was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind from the moment I arrived. Even though they were just about to close, he took the time to listen to my concerns, check me in, and personally drove the car to make sure it was safe for me to drive over the weekend. He clearly explained what he was doing and communicated everything in a calm, professional, and reassuring way. Since there wasn't enough time to get the car into the shop that evening, he scheduled me for the first appointment Monday morning and followed through just like he said he would. When I returned, the team diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it under warranty. The whole experience went above and beyond, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. The sales team members were so eager to help make my car purchase an enjoyable experience! Diana, the Internet Sales Specialist, was very friendly and helpful. She helped coordinate everything with the sales team perfectly! They sent videos of the car I liked. They were very friendly when I had the car inspected by an independent mechanic. When we agreed on a fair price, the sales manager delivered my new car and took my trade-in car back to the dealership! We completed the paperwork in five minutes at my home. It was such an easy and enjoyable purchase experience. I contacted several Nissan dealerships in the area and Hawk Nissan was the absolute best!! I would highly recommend this dealership!
