From the time we walked in the door to when we left we had nothing but a great experience. I think the thing I liked the most was we weren't overwhelmed with salesman pressure. Our Salesman Shawn couldn't have done a better job. We went in to buy a Titian for me, then changed to a Frontier. My mind was set, then Ed Welsh, Sales Manager, mentioned the Rogue. Nah, not interested. He mentioned a few things about it and said just sit in it. WOW!!! This is definitely the one for me!!! I have never been excited about a car, even my Jaguar. But this one, I fell in love with. There was never any pressure to buy. Shawn and Ed answered all our questions. The other thing I liked was there was really no dickering on my trade in, the Jag. My time there was pleasant. I was kept informed of any changes to my original scheduled services and notified of the additional time I would be waiting. I do not have any complaints of my service nor my time there. Serjio was professional and friendly making my experience an exceptional one.

Terry phillips my salesman was very helpful and QUICK in the process from the beginning to the end and made sure that I was comfortable with the car as well as checking to make sure I felt the process was done right

The buying process was easy and straight forward. I felt as if they were open and honest about my trade in and purchase based off the research I did before arriving. I did hear a few complaints from other customers while I was there but to me it seemed as if their requests were not feasible and the manager was being honest with them.

Great customer service by Courtney and the oil change took less than expected. I am very satisfied with my visit and will definitely come back for my next service.
