If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. I got a great deal on a used 2022 SL in green. Selling price just under 25k because it was a rental turn in at just about 50k miles. Certified and with special warranty, I have another 4 years and 50k miles of full bumper to bumper. I wasn't concerned about the mileage as I work at home so mainly wanted a comfortable SUV to run around town and take on road trips. Everything works for me on this as I am not too savvy with the newer cars with all the touch screens and menus as they seem to fail. The 3.6 L engine has plenty get up and go and gas mileage is fantastic. Can't understand all the negatives on here. Maybe being closer to 55 and liking buttons over touch screens is the key.

We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!
