Walked in here because one of our fleet vehicles was in need of some costly repairs. Ended up trading the vehicle in for a new one. The process was painless and relatively quick. We ended up being able to find a one stop shop that would would wrap our vehicles as well. And cheaper than the previous prices we were quoted, all in. If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. From Victor, our salesman who kept us at least two steps ahead to Cesar in Finance who finished the deal, we were treated as family.
