I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

My service advisor Griffith did a stellar job. I dropped off my car at 7 am. and was pleased to receive a loaner car. By lunchtime he called with an overview of repairs needed, and at 8:15 PM that night -- still at his desk -- Griffith called to say that the work was finished, all at a price that I felt was reasonable for a dealership. I would highly recommend Jessica Aubin if you are looking to purchase a car. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car. She actively listens, she asks great follow-up questions, she is efficient in handling all the paperwork, she hands off to her coworkers all necessary information they need (ex. finance department, car prep department, insurance runner, etc.) When my new car was ready, she sat in the car and went over all the features in order for me to feel confident to drive my new car off the lot.

my experience here was great. my sales person Matt Waters could not have been better. He made the entire experience efficient. The finance team was ok even though I had to go back in to sign the paperwork but it was still a great experience overall. I love my MDX.
