I picked up my new 2025 4Runner Limited yesterday and it’s everything I hoped for and more! This is my 6th new Limited since 1996 and it’s amazing how much each generation improves over the previous generations. However, the 2025 “4RunnerG6” version is above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. To cap off the purchase experience from Serra Toyota was the phenomenal long distance assistance I received from their sales representative Ms. Ebtesam (“Sam”) Mohammed! From the time I ordering the 2025 Limited in early February through picking it up in early May, she was always there every step of the way providing friendly, insightful and easy to follow information over the phone, email or web since I lived over two hours from the dealership. I definitely recommend Hubert Vester! I haven't purchased a car since 2007 and was pretty anxious about it. I went in this past Saturday to test drive a car and the associate I worked with was amazing. Not pushy... Very personable and friendly! He happened to be very knowledgeable about and really liked this particular car so he postponed his family vacation for a couple of hours to work with me. His co-worker who did my financials was also very easy to work with! He and various other associates were forthcoming with tips and pointers on how I could save myself some money. I was in and out in about two hours... On a Saturday , no less! I would absolutely go back to them!

The Parts Dept at Auto Park, Bremen is excellent in my opinion. I went in on Sat morning around 10am. I needed an ignition lock cylinder for my Ford Escape. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Nick Shepherd, Parts Mgr. Nick had the part & told me he would not release it until he put it together correctly. He installed the tumblers & pins, glad I didn't have to do it. Nick & Jarred Zeisig are a great team!

On March 15th - 2023 I purchased a 2023 Soul Kia - I am not interested in having my picture or experience published - but I am interested in saying I had the best sales person on your staff - Dan Mitchell - he was great through every phase of the transaction. I had my previous Kia serviced every time at the Greece location. While waiting for my vehicle I would spend my time noticing the employees - I was most impressed with Dan Mitchell - I questioned him twice about going forward - when I was ready I knew I wished for him to assist - that was an excellent choice he did not disappoint at all.
