Sometimes I can be difficult to work with, but Andrew was very patient and understanding. Even though I did not buy a car because of my DP I will definitely send everyone I know to Andrew only.

Wow what an amazing car buying experience at Hertz Car Sales - Torrance with Tammy Watkins helping us buy 2 excellent condition and low mileage 2016 Toyota Camry's. Me and my family have been researching for the best car deals for months now and finally a place to buy cars without issues. Plus the cars we bought come with a 12-month/12,000 Mile Limited Power Train Warranty. We went to Hertz Car Sales - Torrance 3 different days in order to purchase 2 cars from them. The first day we just drove onto the lot and started walking around looking at the cars and were greeted in a friendly manner by a Hertz Representative named by Tammy Watkins. She was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in and offered us to test drive the cars. We ended up test driving several cars that day and Tammy was very patient with us and did not pressure us at all. We told her we like the cars and would come back with a mechanic another day to test drive and inspect the cars. Then we came back on a 3rd day to finalize all the financial, DMV, and warranty paper work to purchase both cars. We want Axel! We have been in the market for buying a used car and had the chance to interact with a lot of used car salesman that left a sour taste. Coming into Cerritos Nissan, I was on my guard because of the predatory experience in this industry. However Cerritos Nissan does it different. After talking to a car sales agent named Axel on the phone, he clarified that unlike other used car companies Cerritos Nissan does NOT have MANDATORY ADD-ONS to mark up the price you see online and was also able to send us *custom* photos of the car we were after. When we arrived to the dealership we were greeted by Axel who was ready to tour with us (did not make us wait) and was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we examined the Vehicle in great detail. Axel is a different breed in terms of how genuine he is about the cars he sells. When we noticed defects in the car he did not brush us off and talked to his manager to see what he can do for us. After 2 visits to the dealership we purchased the car and ever since Axel has been there along the way, checking up on us. The rest of the crew in Cerritos Nissan is also great, hardworking, professional and are multiple tiers above anything else we have seen during our car search. Just bought a Toyota Camry from Hertz in Norwalk. We had the best salesman ever, CW you were awesome!! He was very helpful and patient with my parents who needed to replace a car due to their car being totaled in a car accident. They (my parents) have a very hard time making decisions and CW helped them weed through the choices until he found them a car that matched everything that they were looking for. I don't usually leave reviews but I was beyond satisfied with Hertz Norwalk that I HAD to. This was my first time buying a car and before arroving i was nervous i wasnt going to leave with a car due to my credit, BUT everything was so amazing I thought it was too good to be true. My credit is horrible and they were actually able to work with me. When I say work with me I mean I was actually able to get the year/make/model for literally the monthly payments i was looking for and less than $2k down payment. Reggie was my sales associate and he was amazing and His supervisor amazing also was able to knock my monthly payments down twice. So yea they definitely work with you here and are very nice with great customer service. I highly suggest anyone trying to buy a car even with bad credit check out Hertz Norwalk . No Joke!
