We were going to trade in our vehicle to purchase the Suburban. We ran into a situation with it that we as experienced car buyers had never experienced. They helped us think of a solution. Once we resolved that issue, another issue that was new for them popped up with the vehicle we wanted to buy. This was my second visit to Mike Rezi Nissan within a month. The first time, I had to replace the driver's side headlight and fix the passenger headlight. Just four weeks later, the driver's side headlight went out again and the passenger side headlight was significantly dim. I returned to Mike Rezi Nissan to have the lights repaired once more. Hopefully, this time they will last longer than four weeks. The staff at Mike Rezi Nissan were extremely pleasant and efficiently handled the repair.

Everything went fairly smooth. Processing the purchase took a little over an hour. At other dealerships it can take 3-4 hours. I forgot to inquire about the 2nd key until ready to drive away and was informed it only came with ONE key..............ask this question before you buy as this particular key costs around $300. Overall a fair price for what is a great car! Would have been better with 2 keys like I was assuming. If it came with 2 keys I would give them 5*'s!
