These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Pushing 60, and this time around wasn't my first car-buying rodeo by any means. Our family has bought/leased over 8 vehicles from Rockland Nissan (after always shopping around) in the pas 17 years.
