My umpteenth time working with Mark L. He is always friendly and eager to work with me. My only complaint is that they didn't send me all the paperwork ahead of time via Docusign. I understand we didn't just go through a pandemic and we're not living in the twenty-first century, but it sure would be cool. I'm delusional and living in a dream world.

My sales man Kevin Bell was great, showed me what I was interested in and helped with the sale process and after the sale showed me and set up the techy stuff in the Murano like the phone system the radio, the buttons on the steering wheel and what they did. I recently got a new lease and this time the Rogue since they are not making the Rogue Sport. There are many new features and no matter which salesman or service person I've asked questions they are willing to answer and told me come back as often as I need to. I always ask for Larry in service because he listens and answers my concerns. It was just brought in for a recall and an appointment was scheduled quickly . Great car and great staff.

Sansone Hyundai did the right thing. My son and I purchase a certified pre-owned 2022 Hyundai Tuscan on July 15,2024. During the courtesy oil and filter change in January 2024, the service technician indicated that all four tires needed to be replaced. Instead of reacting, a second opinion was sought that confirmed the tire tread was deteriorating or wearing. Noting that the vehicle mileages at purchase was approx. 23,000 miles and had approx. 27,600 miles in January, plus quality tires should last 50,000 to 60,000 miles assuming normal driving conditions, the tire condition seemed abnormal. Another fact was the second opinion revealed the tire’s manufacturing date in 2020, which also does not seem proper. Upon contacting Sales Manager, Operations Manager and Service, another set of tires were installed and aligned at no cost.
