I such an amazing experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas throughout the car buying process. I just bought a Nissan Kicks and love it and am so thrilled I went there to get it. I sent web inquiry and immediately received an invite from ASH, my sales rep, to come in for a test drive. He even scheduled an appointment time so I had his undivided attention the whole time. When I got there, I felt zero pressure, which was great and the vehicle and dealership sold itself by with their customer service. NEHAD, from finance worked hard to secure the best financing for me. When that was completed, ASH spent time acclimating me to the features of the car and even gave me a full tank of gas. I can't recommend them enough!!!!

My experience was Absolutely Wonderful!!!! I've never been to a dealership that was so welcoming. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and respectful. Everyone was super helpful and kind. They tried to make everything as stress free as possible. Mateen was always at my side and let me make my decision without pressuring me which I find important. He simply informed me about each car. Ed is the best! He was always checking on me to make sure things were working out. Bob was informative and funny. Which is nice when talking about money. From the moment I arrived until the final signature, I had the impression that they genuinely cared about my well-being. There was no sense of pressure or intimidation to make a purchase.

Komi was helpful. Decently efficient. Car had engine light on and was turned off and issue not figured out. Could have been broken sensor.
