We came to Lia of Saratoga to purchase a newer Rouge and we met Gianni our sales person. He listened to what we were looking for and gave us options and then went through all the features of each one which helped us decide which one was best for us. Gianni was great! He answered evey one of our questions and was very patient with us. He is very responsive to our emails and texts. Once we bought the vehicle, he walked us through all the features and technology. The dealership was very accommodating, took good care of us, and made the whole process easy to understand and easy to go through. Gianni and the dealership walked us through all of our options for service for our vehicles there, including extended coverage, explaing all the terms so that we had a complete understanding what options we we could get. This is our second time going to Lia of Saratoga and I'm sure it won't be our last. We've told all our friends and family, how well we were treated and how nice it was to buy a vehicle from them.
