I'm a first time car buyer and was getting very upset with my experience in buying a car. Most all the dealerships were acting like I was a nuisance, not a guest. If I asked for something they sighed and made a face. I was getting highly upset and was about to just not buy a car at all. That's when I was driving by Nissan of Norwich and decided to try one more dealership. I was not really a Nissan guy and had always owned Jeeps before this, but what does it hurt to step out of your comfort zone and try something new? I was greeted by Richard Parker who ended up being my sales associate I worked with through the entire process. I came in just as they were closing without realizing it. But he still wanted to take the time to help me out and test drive not one but two SUVs - Nissan Rouges. After test driving the 2014 Nissan Rouge, I fell in love! No more Jeep for me. I came back two days later and worked again with Richard and Eric in the finance office. The banks originaly did not approve me for the Black Rouge I wanted, but Eric called them up and used the dealerships great track record and good relationship with the bank to advocate on my behalf. It was AMAZING the magic this guy has. He actually got me Approved!! I drove away in the car I wanted! These folks at Nissan of Norwich are truly professionals and know exactly what they are doing, and they do it with Style. I can't explain how happy I am that I am in that vehicle. Unlike the other dealerships, they actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure to match me with a vehicle that completely fit my needs and my budget. They were respectful of my time and what I could bring to the table and really put the effort in to make the deal happen. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vehicle. They actually have a used 2012 Plum Nissan Rouge, that was my second choice it's a really nice vehicle. It won't be there for long though, I'm sure it will sell fast lol. But Go check it out, go check them out, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed at all.

I purchased my pre-owned pickup truck here years ago, and never left a review. I've had great luck with the truck over the years and no complaints from any of the Nucar Nissan departments I.E Sales, parts and the service department. The customer service is always great. The staff treat me like family after all these years and the level of competence in each department is great. Keep up the good work and customer service. I appreciate it!

Working with Dwayne, at Bertera Nissan was a pleasure. We stopped in one afternoon to test drive the new Rogue. Dwayne shared with us the current used inventory on the lot, and the new nissan suvs available. Dwayne explained all the options and the purchase incentives available to us. We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle for our son from Nucar Nissan and our experience was very good. Our sales associate, Craig Adams, was experienced, friendly, low-pressure and patient. He worked hard, going through three different vehicles on the lot with us in the rain, bringing them around for us to drive. Reviewing Carfax, giving us honest advice and then being transparent with us during the sales process was most appreciated. There was a bit of an issue (not with Craig) when it came time to close on the car price and they’d added $1850 in charges for a LoJack, wheel locks, an extra key fob and all weather floor mats. I thought that was VERY pricey for a used Kia Forte. We worked on it and I got it down to $1000 for locks, a fob and mats. Still think that’s a bit much, but they worked with me a little on the car price, so it almost evened out. It was a little disconcerting on a car at this price level but I felt OK about it in the end, because those were items we wanted with the car.. I think that those items should be listed out separately and offered to the buyer, not just tossed in, forcing me to work to ask what it is and why it was almost 10% of the car’s price. I did not appreciate that part of the purchase. Buyer beware. Overall though, Craig was great and Sami, the finance manager was good as well. Save for the $1800 at closing, the experience was very good. We kept them past closing and they were fine. They worked hard for the sale and were very appreciative of our business. Five stars for Craig and his customer service. - he was amazing Taking one star off for the pricing issue I had to negotiate, unnecessary work and sort of a hidden charge I didn’t appreciate. Overall, a very good experience.

This was the third vehicle that I have purchased from Stateline Nissan. When I initially inquired about the vehicle the representative was very helpful in offering to have 2020 Audi Q5 transferred from Warwick Mitsubishi store to Stateline for me to conveniently test drive. Mike kept me updated on the status of the car's arrival & answered all of my many questions during the sale transaction. Marvin & Decio were both courteous, professional & welcoming. Curtis maintained his professionalism, knowledge & kindness throughout the financial aspect. In all the staff at Stateline Nissan were all professional, kind & family like. About 2 weeks ago I went into Bertera Nissan in Auburn Ma. to lease a car. I ended up leasing a 2019 Nissan Altima. First off, I Love the car! It is a really sharp automobile, with a classy slick new design, a lot of technology, a great safety record, and a smooth ride! My experience was excellent. The salesman David Anglin, was polite, professional and very accommodating. Vinny the financial representative, was personable and efficient. Also, the sales manager (sorry, I can't recall the name), was both personable and accommodating as well. Although it took a bit of time to work out lease deal specific to my circumstances, they eventually they worked out a good lease deal for me! I recently went in for an oil change and found that my rear differential was toast. I had to have a new rear end installed which affected the ABS module which also had to be replaced. Through out the process, Dennis in the service dept. kept me well informed of the progress. They kept to the original estimate and also gave me a new loaner vehicle to drive. I am very pleased with the outcome and thank you Dennis.

I was in the market for a used Nissan, stopped here to test ride one, the Sales Person John was great, he took the time to review all the features with me before taking the vehicle for a spin and after reviewed a few more. Went over financing options and warranty options, no pressure, very laid back.. I ended up going with another dealer better pricing.. however, I would shop here again in heart beat

I delivered my Terrain to the service department and waited in the lounge. When the service was completed I paid with my GM credit card. The service department delivered my vehichle after it had been washed.
