2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. Shawn made buying a car a breeze. He was patient and kind. It was an unplanned purchase (our car was totaled) so there was already "pressure " that we had to purchase soon. Shawn did not add to that pressure, instead, he helped alleviate the pressure. Shawn took his time with us and didn't rush us and I didn't feel he was trying to just "get us in a car", which is what I experienced at other dealerships. Shawn did not take advantage of our situation of "needing a car". Shawn did not try to up sell or show us vehicles that were out of our price point. Shawn found the perfect car for us and made the buying process stress free. I would highly recommend Jessica Aubin if you are looking to purchase a car. I have never had such a positive experience with buying a new car. She actively listens, she asks great follow-up questions, she is efficient in handling all the paperwork, she hands off to her coworkers all necessary information they need (ex. finance department, car prep department, insurance runner, etc.) When my new car was ready, she sat in the car and went over all the features in order for me to feel confident to drive my new car off the lot.
