We purchase a new vehicle at least every 3 years. . .so we have had quite a bit of experience with car salesmen. Carlos Lopez is by far our favorite. He listened to what we wanted; was attentive (even though he was very, very busy); and made our experience a great one. Dan handled our finances and he was a nice surprise. This is where you can sometimes feel pressured into purchasing a maintenance plans even when you had not intended to. He presented us with options but did not pressure us in any way. Refreshing. Overall, my buying experience at this dealership was a positive one. There was a little miscommunication during the buying process but everything turned out okay and the dealership was able to find the exact Nissan Juke that I wanted and brought it to the dealership within 48 hours.
