Tillman was awesome! He made the process stress free. He is an honest guy that does what he promises. He does not try to push anything on you. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles at the dealership. He helped me find the car I wanted and then told me that it was damaged on the transport and took pictures for me. He said it was in the process of being repaired but did not know how long it would take. I told him that I wanted the truck and to put my name on it. He went above and beyond to get the truck repaired quickly. It took a week and then he called me and told me that I could now purchase the truck. I had several things added to the vehicle that took an additional week. During the whole process he kept me informed and up to date on what was being done. As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.
