Came in with a deal in mind, left with that deal. The sales manager directed me right to Phil; Phil exemplifies the perfect sales person. Easy, roll with it attitude - quick transaction. Even the finance department was efficient and friendly without any of the high pressure sales pitches for aftermarket items. A+++ No problem recommending Phil or Eden Prairie Nissan to anyone.

After a couple of weeks of my husband generously sharing his car, I felt it was time to get my own. I spent four solo days shopping in and out of dealerships, driving various brands. Great service on new car purchase and delivery. Salesman was helpful, patient, and found a car with just the features I wanted. Finance manager answered all my questions and got me a great financing plan. Service department arranged to have 3M door protectors added with lightning speed. Only tiny snag was that the inside windshield came with lots of nasty streaks and film that the detail team missed. Overall a great purchase experience at a convenient location.

Chris Holt was a great salesperson. He was very professional and answered all our questions, any answers he didn't know, he went and got the answers. We couldn't be more happy with the experience. I hate buying vehicles but he made it very pleasant.
