As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

I wanted a Frontier Pro4x. I knew what I was comfortable paying and negotiated the sale with Bill online and was happy with the price. I met Cole the next day to drive the truck. After driving the truck, I was ready to close the sale. All of the numbers I negotiated ahead of time were the same, no tricks. We were in and out of there in two hours. Very easy no pressure.

Just purchased my sixth car from Ed McCarthy. The process took less than 2 hours, start to finish, including paperwork. Ed is very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, and provided me several options that met those needs so I still had several vehicles to choose from. I think of Ed as the person that helps me purchase what I want at the price I want to pay as opposed to the person trying to sell me a car. Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

Their courtesy, experience and professionalism were outstanding, specially Guy VanStory went above and beyond to help me make the perfect choice for my need and financing. I amazed and grateful of the experience and feel very happy that I chose Nissan 24 to purchase my car.

Ed McCarthy is the best! I met him in 1997 when I purchased my first Nissan Maxima at the dealership now known as Nissan 24. He has always been able to advise, educate and assist me in the purchase of many cars over the last 26 years. I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!
