Nate was terrific. I came in after a frustrating experience with another dealer. Ended up getting a better car, and a competitive price. The other dealer want $100 more a month for a car with less bells and whistles.

Just purchased my sixth car from Ed McCarthy. The process took less than 2 hours, start to finish, including paperwork. Ed is very knowledgeable and super helpful. He listened to what I was looking for, and provided me several options that met those needs so I still had several vehicles to choose from. I wanted a Frontier Pro4x. I knew what I was comfortable paying and negotiated the sale with Bill online and was happy with the price. I met Cole the next day to drive the truck. After driving the truck, I was ready to close the sale. All of the numbers I negotiated ahead of time were the same, no tricks. We were in and out of there in two hours. Very easy no pressure.

My dealer Kenny Jaramillo was pleasant, honest and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Everyone I met at Stateline East Providence were pleasant and friendly. I have been dealing with Nissan 24 for the purchase or lease of new cars for a long time. Why do I keep coming back? In a one word answer- Ed McCarthy. I think of Ed as the person that helps me purchase what I want at the price I want to pay as opposed to the person trying to sell me a car. No pressure, smooth and satisfactory transaction every time. Many years of experience in the business complement his people skills.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

As promised. It was done complete. On time, even a bit sooner than expected. Reasonable prices. They even seem happy to be working together there.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.

Amazing experience at Kelly Nissan in Woburn, Jaden was excellent, very polite, he went through every detail and explain everything so perfect, definitely Jaden one the best salesman I ever met.
