Purchased a used Nissan with Jomar. He was a nice and polite guy. Was able to answer most of my questions during the haggling process. Storefront is clean and bright and everyone working there was friendly!

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

Had a wonderful experience, this dealership is truly great. They don’t pressure you, and they really do what’s best for you .. I will be sending everyone I know here!!!!

My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

This is my second Rogue Sport and fifth Nissan vehicle lease. Overall I’ve been very satisfied with my current vehicle. With higher gas prices, it gives me the miles I need at a price I can afford.

FIFI- here at Rt. 9 Nissan was the greatest. When I mentioned any concerns, she was quick to address them with no hesitation. Very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most dealerships. She answered my calls even after hours on her personal time. Definitely coming back here again. I love this car! I've had it since Thanksgiving and the only complaint is that the tailgate must be opened by hand, no button anywhere to open it. I don't need a large vehicle and the sport version makes it a good size. It's comfortable, like my 3 previous Nissans. I haven't spent a lot of time with the infotainment, but it works for me. All of the warnings can be a bit overwhelming, but nice to have.

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. I traded in a 1996 Rogue for the Rogue Sport. Their is only 1of me now and it is perfect. I have had it for a year and during that time when I accompany my daughter she will drive my vehicle and has no complaints. She drove the other Rogue so she has something to compare it too. For me a great trade in!

The Nissan Rogue Sport is an excellent car to purchase. It’s extremely stylish. My gas mileage is amazing. I can drive this car for three weeks without having to fuel up again. It has safety features which include a back up camera and blind spot warning. This car is worth every penny I spent to purchase this vehicle.

There were three things I was looking for in a new small SUV, reliability, comfortable to drive (entry and exit - comfortable seats) and decent handling. The Rogue sport met all those easily (the zero gravity seats are a major plus). After driving several brands of vehicles I knew this was the right one. The interior is very quiet and has an excellent ergonomic layout with high end feel and creative use of materials (for it's class). I chose the SV for the higher quality trim materials, remote start and all weather package (heated seats, steering wheel and rear view mirrors.) The second row also has air conditioning vents for passengers. At first it was the best value for the money, but after living with it for a few months it has far exceeded my expectations in daily "real world use", good mileage, excellent road manners with lane watch and driver assist and easy and comfortable to drive. The real surprise is it handles curves very well! I would definitely purchase it again!

Just leased our new 25’ Rogue. This will be our 6th car that we have leased from them. Always quick and easy. I’m sure we’ll be back in 3 years to lease out next.

My Rogue Sport is front wheel drive, which I prefer to 4wd. Car get over 30mpg city! Nothing ever breaks for the 30k I've driven

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

Great service and staff. Purchased a used good quality used car and have no complaints. I definitely would use this dealership again in the future.

Maintenance preformed when due, tires replaced at 45,000 miles, Brake job due now at 55,000 miles not any transmission, AC problems, the only complaint is the road noise. You have to take care of your car if you want it to last. I love my Rogue
