This is the second Subaru we purchased from Ciocca in Allentown. Love the dealership. We worked with salesperson, Jake Pacheco, both times. The professionalism, kindness and knowledge of vehicle is unsurpassed. Also the service department when needed can’t be beat!

This car looks great and is a pleasure to drive. Mileage is good and the car handles very well. One flaw, though, is that there’s no button from inside to raise the hatchback or a button on the key fob to open it. It’s also a bit hard to reach up and close the hatchback. If these things were included, the car would be flawless.

Michele, and the whole service team, are just great people. Service is not just about 'taking care of' a customer's vehicle. Sometimes that runs over into 'taking care of' the customer. Difficult situations need patience and empathy and people skills. Not everyone has that ability. I know Michele does. And she's so appreciated for it. My husband and I learned the hard way you should always buy and get service from a reputable dealership when purchasing a used vehicle. We got burned, but Kelly Nissan was able to turn a bad situation into a positive one. Thank goodness we choose Kelly Nissan to be our vehicle service provider. Problem Solvers, yes. Nice people, yes. My third Nissan Rogue. This is my first fully loaded car. I love everything about the car; especially the driver assistant feature. I just wish the tailgate would have a button for opening and closing. Great sport feature; the car really moves in this mode.

We knew the car we were getting before we got there. Did check out on the internet before we went, made an appointment with Owen and went up. Was greeted by a nice lady who got Owen for us . He brought the car around and said to drive it around for awhile and he would checkout my trade. After all was said and done we got the car we wanted at the price we wanted and a little more for our trade then we thought.we met with the general manager and the finance man. Everybody there was fantastic!!! Definitely would recommend the dealership and ask for Owen he was great.

Wonderful car, lots of space, amazing safety features! This car has been wonderful. The moonroof is amazing and the cameras make it so easy to park!

I love this car! I've had it since Thanksgiving and the only complaint is that the tailgate must be opened by hand, no button anywhere to open it. I don't need a large vehicle and the sport version makes it a good size. It's comfortable, like my 3 previous Nissans. I haven't spent a lot of time with the infotainment, but it works for me. All of the warnings can be a bit overwhelming, but nice to have.

They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

Love cars they have been my very close buddy’s for as lon as I can remember there is nothing like that new car order the best

Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

My Rogue Sport is front wheel drive, which I prefer to 4wd. Car get over 30mpg city! Nothing ever breaks for the 30k I've driven

We bought a 2015 VW Golf Sport Wagon (Mk7) from Premier Motor Group in April 2021. We already loved our GTI, so this was an ideal second vehicle. Every aspect of the transaction was a breeze! In April 2021, they didn't yet have their service lift bays. Being a car guy, I had access to a professional lift and the staff had no qualms about us taking the used vehicle for an in-depth exam. The car was very good, so it was an easy choice to buy it. As of 2023, Premier Auto Group now has a brand new set of service bays and a PA inspection station. I visited again June 21st 2023 for a test drive of another vehicle. I communicated I was just doing research. We drove a BMW i3 to check out the ergonomics. There was zero pressure. Fear not the "used car lot vibe"! Take a look at the vehicles on their lot. Proceed without hesitation.

It felt very comfortable I was able to see everything from my seat Gas mileage was very good compared to the other competitors, but most of all what I liked about my Rogue was the that had the day time running lights and It was very Easy to drive Very happy with my purchase

We traded in a Subaru Impreza hatchback on the 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport SL with premium package. The 1st thing we noticed during the test drive, was how much quieter the car was compared to the Subie. It is not a fast car by any means, but it also doesn't deserve some of the review commentary that I've seen. The ivory leather interior make the inside feel so much brighter and airy in nature. Both my wife and I love the exterior styling, as well as the pearlescent white paint job. For a moderately priced vehicle we think the car has a near luxury feel and appearance. Happy with the purchase so far!

The 2021 rogue sport sl has a great design however the front area below the license plate is open to road debri which can damage the radiator how much would that cost ?? $$$$$$$$$$
