I am a long time customer, buying and leasing a car. Kelly has always made the experience very relaxed with no pressure. I recently bought out my lease and Shaq Sexement was excellent in making the deal easy. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. Also, I purchased the 7 yr Warranty because Kelly's maintenance department is excellent! It's a different car buying experience at Kelly! Easy, with no pressure.

As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

This is a very reputable place. I did my research of reading reviews and experiences from others on looking for a place that will work with me and not pressure me which made it worth the long drive. Dan was my sales guy and was very kind and made sure to answer all my questions and get me what I wanted. Shak is amazing at his financing magic and 100% puts the customer first and goes out of his own way to find you a way to get you what you want within your budget. Highly recommend coming here for reliable people and a ton of car options!

I had an excellent experience dealing with Kelly of Woburn. I visited Kelly 2 years ago dealt with Dan Scaira unfortunately we went in a different direction. But I came back again I couldn’t remember his name but I remembered what he looked like. He did recognize me as well. Disccusded used Murano’s but you didn’t have what I was looking for. Dan mentioned about 0% financing gave me something to think about. I had gone home built a Murano sent it to different dealers for quotes. Dan and one other dealer responded. Having dealt with Dan and knowing each other’s experience in the car world was a no brainer buying from Dan and Kelly Woburn. Dan is honest, professional, and no bull. You have a great team there. I had gone to parts to buy a retractable cover for the new Murano the parts guy was also pleasant, and courteous. Wish I caught his name. Please keep up what your whole staff is doing.
