I would like to let customers know that John Roberts is a wonderful owner of his dealership. I previously had a problem which he took care of very professionally. He invited us to come back personally to allow him to make everything right. He came out of his office to talk to us and apologized for things that happened. He went out of his way to resolve our problem and we ended up closing the deal. I will always remember how well he handled the situation and will continue sending our family and friends to his dealership. He is definitely a wonderful person and that is probably why his dealership has done so well.

My review is to comment on stellar service I receive EVERY TIME I bring my SantaFe in for work. Adam is our most frequent consultant and he is amazing! Great communication, kind and incredibly honest. The other day I stopped in without an appt and he wasn’t in. Fortunate for me, I encountered Lainey and in turn Caleb in service who graciously looked at my tires. They both were also great communicators, kind and accommodating! While people are so inclined to complain when there’s a problem, they often don’t compliment. These three set the bar high!

My daughter purchased her first car from Mike Feldman at Hamilton Nissan last week. She is almost 19, doesn't have any experience with something of this magnitude. Great service at this dealership. I am the fleet manager for an agency that purchased seven 2023 Nissan Sentra’s. I had a bad battery on one and water filling up in a door on another. John and Mitchell were a absolute dream team to deal with. I had busy day that day and all negotiations and requests were done via text. Then I walked in signed paperwork then out the door. I was there less than 1hr and 15min. Would have been even shorter but another customer got to finance just before I did and that was my fault cause I was late due to traffic.
