As usual, a good experience. Setting appointment on-line is fast, and they look up your car to advise service based on mileage. On appointment day, I could drop off car early. They asked me if I wanted ride home (I was all set). They did the work, called me a couple hours later, made payment, with no glitches.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Nissan in Lynnfield. We had the pleasure to work with Lou. He was extremely helpful and was able to help us find what we wanted. I wanted a Frontier Pro4x. I knew what I was comfortable paying and negotiated the sale with Bill online and was happy with the price. I met Cole the next day to drive the truck. After driving the truck, I was ready to close the sale. All of the numbers I negotiated ahead of time were the same, no tricks. We were in and out of there in two hours. Very easy no pressure.

2/5/24 we returned to Nissan Lynnfield. 5 years ago we purchased a 2019 Frontier from Salesman Alex M. That went so well we wanted a new car from Alex again. It was great to see him and the whole deal took only three hours. Alex explained everything about car and paperwork. He remembered us and his personal touch was sincere. No pressure. John in financing was extremely easy to work with. I love the service department too. This is a great dealership.

Had a long term rattling problem with my Murano. It had gotten to the point where Nissan itself was involved. They sent a representative out and he couldn’t figure it out. I then sent it to these guys, to see if they could figure it out. They took it apart, and the supervisor Jim, remembered a different car having the same exact problem 5 years prior. Bottom line, they fixed it. Even after one of Nissan’s reps could not. They walked me though everything to make sure it had been fixed to my satisfaction. They know what they are doing.
