The buying process was easy with no hype or sales pressure. Curtis Shakelford was courteous, patient, low key, and answered all of my questions. Justin Hood, the Finance Manager, was patient and thorough when explaining terms and warranties. For a small delivery fee of $100, they delivered my vehicle to my door and let me test drive it before signing any paperwork. I had been dealing with several high pressure sales people from other dealers and was fed up. It was so nice to deal with Curtis, who listened to me and didn't try to pressure me.
