I live in Salt Lake City and I have been looking for a late model, lightly used Boxster S, white with black interior. I had my eye on several over a 60 day search, but uneasy about a long distance, maybe sight unseen purchase. I contacted Brett, the owner of Motion Autosport. We arm wrestled over price & fine print and came to an agreement. Brett was such an honest, straight-shooter to work with. He sent me every picture you can imagine from every angle possible. He pointed out a couple of pinhead sized rock chips and represented the Boxster in a very honest way. Somehow I trusted him and knew what I was buying. He arranged all the shipping details, shipped enclosed and my dream car showed up yesterday.....perfect in every way. Exactly what Brett said it was. I got lucky with Brett and his dealership. As a female car owner, I generally dread visits to the car repair shop - as a total layperson, I usually do not enjoy being convinced that my car needs (in my view) unnecessary repairs/upgrades. Branson assessed the situation, proposed solution and in less than 90 minutes I left the dealership with a fixed car and good feeling. I really enjoyed the little touch of a cookie left on the passenger seat with a note from the Service Department - these extra little touches will help me coming back whenever repairs/car consultations are needed.
Went with pre approved financing looking for a specific car that was priced below KBB. Was in and out in an hour and a half with the car I wanted and they got me financing with a better interest rate than I went in with.
Why did we wait? Because ANYONE could write a great, good or bad review of a new or used vehicle they bought from any dealer the first week or month
after purchase and have something go wrong with it shortly thereafter. We waited a WHOLE YEAR to post this after purchasing a super beautiful pre-owned

My wife and I have bought multiple vehicles from Parkway Nissan. Their sales/service staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We were treated fairly with excellent offers made to us on all of our vehicle purchases.
We purchased our first car from Parkway about 4 years ago after visiting about 10 dealerships. We had a good experience with the purchase followed buy an excellent experience with their maintenance support. After hitting a deer, we shopped on line and found Parkway had the best prices in the area. Their facilities and service history really sealed the deal for us. If the time comes for another new car, Parkway will be at the top of our shopping list.
I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!
Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
Went to look at a car for my 17 year old. We took our time driving around the area to make sure it did not overheat or start to smell. The car ran great . The battery was low and they got us a brand new battery. Everything worked as expected on the vehicle. It is a great first car for a teenager and at below $2000 it was a good deal for me too.
This was a totally awesome experience...from the unaccompanied test drive thru the ordering and delivery process.
The truck didn't come with the tires that the brochure said it should have and they were really good about getting me tires better suited for 4WD in snowy weather. Even loaned me a truck so I didn't need to wait for them to make the changeout. They were very good about correcting a few goofs that came from the factory.
The Starbux coffee in the waiting area is a nice touch as well.
The comp car wash behind the building is a plus as well...saves me about $10 a week and does a decent job.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate.
