When I bought my car a purchased other warranties. When I made the appt the woman and later her manager said I don?t have the warranties on my tires. I knew they were wrong so I ended up talking to Carlos who assured me I had the warranty. If I had not been persistent I would have ended up paying for a tire that I had a warranty on. That was upsetting

While traveling in another state a severe weather event apparently destroyed my radio and all functions of my audio screen. Mike Rezi Nissan diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and installed it in 3 days. My service consultant explained the repair to me and kept me informed during the process. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the experience,

My rep was superb and offered a complimentary car wash. However, the cost for the oil change was much more that I expected. I received a $5 off of which I was thankful. Hopefully, I will have a coupon for my next oil change.

I was told that I needed rear shock's by the mechanic but I had my rear shock's changed about two weeks ago, so not sure what the mechanic was seeing that had him/her think that I needed the repair🤔

Again ask for Navi! He is honest and knows the maintenance of a vehicle. He cares about his customers and he remembers your name 😃. I trust his recommendations on what is needed to maintain my Nissan Rogue. I never feel pressure from him!!!

Last weekend my wife, daughter and I visited Gwinnett Place Nissan where we bought a new Nissan Armada.Our salesman was Taylor Grzegorzewski and he was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Taylor was very helpful without being pushy in helping us to narrow down our search. We felt like he had our best interests at heart and as a result we bought a vehicle we love, at a very fair price. Thank you Taylor and Gwinnett Place for putting us into the first Nissan we have ever owned !

The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.
