He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. I initially reached out for Information on a vehicle and Joseph chahine what is there to offer his knowledge and expertise on the vehicle. From there he was extremely accommodating and on top of it. He had the car prepared for me to review and had it pulled up to the front as I arrived. Joseph is extremely friendly and respectful.
