Immediately upon my arrival i was greeted by a salesman edwin beltre. The gentleman was very professional. Well dressed and all. The desk manager Melvin came over to see how we were doing so far and offered beverags. My husband and i made our decision to purchase our vehicle here.

Kevin and Carlos were so honest, accommodating and patient. They found me what I wanted at the price I needed before I stepped foot in the dealership. On March 1 2025. I called Nissan 112 to have my car inspected and oil change. It was early afternoon I was sure if I was able to get an appointment. Kristen answered the phone and was so nice and pleasant and was able to schedule me in. I was so relieved that my car would be serviced and couldn't thank her enough. Her postive,upbeat attitude and genuine concern was so impressive. Kristen is very respectful and I am very greatful to know that she very professional and cares.

I had my Rogue serviced and the employees were very professional and pleasant. Frank was very helpful and took the time to explain all the details to me. He also called me to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience. I would recommend using their service department and ask for Frank.

Very accommodating facility; rapid appointment setting, prompt, effective service. Unlike other service/ repair centers, here you feel confidence in the services to be performed. Friendly intake; good communication/ updates. The service center manager, Frank, went out of his way to make sure everything concerning my vehicle was completed to my satisfaction. Going forward, Legend Nissan service center will remain my place for auto repair/service.

Mae is the best. When my lease was up in April purchasing the vehicle was the best way to go and she made the process so easy and always goes the extra mile. I brought the car for maintenance to the prior dealership where she worked for maintenance because it was closer to home but they wanted to include air filters. I texted Mae and she looked my maintenance record and said it was done in April and not necessary. Bottom line, she saved me $150 and I will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance

Just bought a car from Nissan - New Rochelle and it couldn?t have been a better experience . The sales staff was very friendly and accommodating and able to answer any question I had. Finance department also made a normally relatively stressful process very smooth. Overall a great experience.
