I have never had an issue with this dealership. Unlike some dealerships, there never seems to be a dissatisfied customer whenever I have been there. All customers are calm and genuinely seem totally satisfied with their experience. Don, my advisor, was professional and completely interested in ensuring I had a great experience. We spoke about what needed to be done with my car. I was treated with total respect. I have been a long time customer and will definitely continue to do business with this dealership.

I give them 5 stars in sales and in service . I had brought my vehicle in for service and ended up getting a call from kayla before I came in telling me about the pull ahead program so i entertained the idea and went over to sales to look at a new elantra where I was met by pete. He worked with Mike canty to get me the best numbers to fit my budget and it was seemless. Give the new ownership and management a shot they are great over here now

Great staff, good prices, Greg (salesmen) was amazing, and Jim got me best rate possible even though he didnt have to he kept trying and got me a nice low rate. Now I hope and pray my 2014 Nissan Murano can last me as long as my Toyota highlander did (14 years) before it was totaled while parked. Will look to do business in future with Daddaro Dealer

I had such a positive experience purchasing a car with Crowley Nissan. Justin sold me the car and was very patient, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Harvey assisted in making the purchase easy and smooth (and I live out of state so I know there were extra steps to be taken!). And both Justin and Harvey, along with Jason, were just generally very friendly and warm. All of my interactions with everyone at this dealership were great, and I feel very comfortable with the price we paid for the car. You can tell that the people here are well-versed in what they do, and that they enjoy and take pride in their work. I highly recommend you look to this dealership for any car needs you may have!

Recently traded in a VW Sportwagen previously bought from Crowley in 2011 for an off-lease Toyota RAV4 with very low miles. No pressure approach, and allowed me to cross-shop some other vevicles on their lot. They even allowed for some mild negotiation and made some concessions that I requested. The staff was informative and answered all our questions plainly and direct. No beating around the bush or vague replies. The dealership site was clean and orderly with customer parking signs visible. Once we entered we encountered Lawanda who help us start our Auto buying journey. Lawanda was patient and listened to all our concerns. Once we moved on to the next stage we were introduced to Harvey, who made the purchasing agreement understandable. We left Crowley Nissan feeling confident we made the right choice with choosing Crowley Nissan as our dealership of business.

I use barberino Nissan to service my 2005 350z. They keep her in top running condition so I can cruise with confidence. They have performed many jobs and all have been completed without any need to return to the dealer. As I said before. Always great service.

Very fast friendly response from internet manager letting me know they just took a deposit and the car I asked about was no longer available. Didn’t push anything else which is nice.
