Thank you Ziegler Honda for helping me out with my recent car troubles. My 2012 Nissan Rogue needed a new transmission as well as a number of other repairs. So when I came in to Ziegler Honda, I had a bit of anxiety. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair my 2012 Rogue, purchase a used vehicle or something else. Cesar was so kind from start to finish. Even though I'm sure I was frustrating/difficult at times, asking a lot of questions and being quite cautious, Cesar stayed calm and was so friendly. He even asked his manager Max to come over to help answer some of my questions. Max and Cesar worked hard to find a comfortable payment plan for me and were able to put me into a 2025 Honda Civic lease. They calmed my fears about a lease, answered all my questions and treated me as if I was family. Beyond Max and Cesar, the entire Ziegler Honda team were kind and welcoming. Going in and out of the dealership, doors were opened by other team members. As I waited at Cesar's desk while he worked on finding something that would work within my budget, other team members walking by would make eye contact, smile and ask if I needed water, or even offered a sub sandwich. I had a great experience working with Toni the salesman, he answered all of my questions. i bought a BMW x5 the other day, for a great price. there was a small ding that i notices afterwords (a very minor ding). He gave me bindis number (the service advisor) and they took care of it. Awesome dealership and I will be recommending to friends and family.
