This car was exactly what I was looking for. A hatchback, that was sporty looking, had all the toys, was reliable and fuel efficient. It did not disappoint at all.

The brake actuator went out on my 2014 Prius and I reached out to six dealerships and on-line sources only to learn the part was on back order with no idea when it would be available. Susanna, Lew and Carl in the parts department knocked themselves out to find it and in a matter of days obtained it. They are now my "Go to Team" for doing what it takes to get the job done. I bought my 2015 Nissan Versa Note in 2017 Certified Pre Owned with 35,000 miles on it. Now it has 80,000 trouble free miles on it. Aside from routine maintenance all I needed was sway bar links at 70,000 mi. Roomy, economical and comfortable. It may I interest everyone to know the transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. It's $240 to have it done by the dealer. Small price to pay for reliability.

Easy to work with, understood what we were looking for and made suggestions to help us get there. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for something from the Subaru line.

I bought this car used with about 50,000 miles on it from a car rental company. I needed an economical car with great fuel economy, too. I didn’t plan to keep it very long but, it’s now been seven years and it has 140,000 miles on it… We are still going strong! All I have replaced is a couple of belts, which was recommended by the mechanic, but had not broken yet and the front struts, because I got a pothole so big it bent the rim of my wheel. This car is a wallet friendly trooper!

I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

I had a 2006 car so this one was a huge upgrade. I haven't had my Nissan for very long but I'm loving it. It rides very smooth and there's plenty of legroom and it's comfortable and many many more great things! Love the media center and all ports and connections and such. I could go on but basically, I strongly recommend this car.

I bought this car used. It had about 39,000 miles one it and after owning it for a year the transmission went out in it. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It got w remanufactured transmission put in it with a 1 yr 12,000 miles warranty. Other than that it's about as nice as the Yugo I owned. No frills. No major luxuries. Base model car that get's me from point A to point B which is what I wanted. So it does it's job well. Gas mileage is good. Looks alright. It's not a sports car but it will do highway speeds efficiently.

The Nissan Versa Note has been one of my great automobiles I have driven. Has air bags front, passenger, and side. Nice slick design. Has great amenities on the steering wheel for radio Bluetooth, how many miles until empty, Sirius XM, etc. Has more than plenty of room. You have to see it to believe it.

I love my Nissan Versa Note! Not only is it reliable, but it has great gas mileage. I love the fabric seats, the deep inner glovebox, its easy to drive, it even has a “L” feature for when it snows!

This is the tenth car I've ever owned since I first bought a car in 1977. (The last car I had stood me in good stead for almost 14 years!) I like this Nissan Versa's gas mileage...and I like how the car handles. And this is the first car I've ever had that featured a USB port.

Very comfortable and lots of leg room front and back. Luggage are very versatile. Better gas milieage, more powerful, and roomier than the Chevrolet Spark I replaced with it.

I like the size of the vehicle it’s small and zippy. The gas is great when it comes to HIGHWAY MILES. My 2014 Note transmission is needing to be replaced at 120,000, if the transmission wasn’t an issue I would give this car 5 stars easy. The rust is starting to surface.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! I have had my versa for 8 years original owner and I have had only one problem and that's been recently (a censor in the transmission has gone out at only 62,000 miles) I feel that it should have continued to work properly for at least another 35 to 45,000 miles

The Versa Note I just purchased for a summer job out in the Hamptons, is perfect for what I need it to do, which is get me to and from work for 4 months, reliability and great on gas. So far so good. The hatchback seat down is a total plus and it does have a cool sporty look...

Plenty head and leg room, front and back. Storage area was sufficient. Fold down seats were a plus. Not a smooth ride but handled well.

Bought used Ford F350 from Dupratt in Vacaville. Great communication, responded in a timely manner to email and texts. Vehicle had some blemishes as described in the Carfax they supplied but an independent pre purchase inspection (Thank you 707 Diesel!) found it to be just as described, nothing more. Had seen some shady examples of used car dealers at some other places but Dupratt told it like it was. Thank you guys for getting us in this truck.

Looking for a nice smooth car for my daughter who is doing a lot of deliveries and needs a reliable and efficient ride. She loves it! I like the price and the low miles for a 4 yr old vehicle. I was happy this dealer was willing to haggle where the first two I dealt with were not.

I love this car, I have driven three different ones over the course of the past 10 years. Love the fuel efficiency, the amazing headspace, the very spacious back seat, and the limitless trunk/hatch. My friend said my car is like Mary Poppin's bag, I can fit anything into it, even though it is compact. It is a cute car and it fits my personality, fun and sassy. It is a great value for the price, and I have not had major issues with any of them. The reason I'm on my third....I live in a rural area with deer, ick. I will continue to drive these as long as I can.
