I was going to update my Ford escape to Lexus. Salesman Derek Massio, was helping me get a good deal. He was answering my questions and I going few times for testing out and checking the car. They offered me to purchase extra warranty and protection, but it’s optional. Overall have a good experience with the dealer. Before I go there I have a text message and email. What a wonderful experience I had!!! I was visiting family in Danville, Ky from Rochester, New York and buying a new car wasn’t even in my wheelhouse. My son in law showed me a picture of a 2023 Nissan Rogue that had been traded in 2 days prior. Off we went to see it before they closed on Saturday June 21. Ethan Belcher who is FANTASTIC arranged for Christian to be waiting for us with the keys and off we went! It was a done deal. The perfect car for me! Christian was waiting for us upon return. He made everything perfectly smooth. A deposit was given, Cody handled that professionally and away we went back to my daughter’s home. I couldn’t change my plans to stay later than planned and HAD to head home 2 days later on Monday . HOW in the world am I going to get this car home 600 miles away!?! Ethan and Christian arranged to do the financial part on the phone on Tuesday …. I signed everything online AND I was told my car would be DELIVERED to my driveway on Thursday!!!!! WHAT????? Sure enough Thursday evening Steve Field and Randy Gilbert arrived, unloaded my new car, parked it in my driveway, handed me an envelope with all the paperwork AND put a Ky. temporary tag/ license plate on it! They were completely professional, helpful and this 71 year old grandmother is one HAPPY and satisfied lady!!!!!!! You don’t see this type of professionalism often these days. This white van was surprisingly roomy and quick. Gas mileage is great. The price was reasonable and with the warranty I don't foresee any problems.

Customer service people are good they gave to the price I am looking for. Online they made fake promise but they tried to keep the promise. Very well behavior by the sales rep Eventhough my purchase was closed late but they tried to keep up with the good after sales process

Has bit of notable road noise but you have to expect that with a cargo type van. Only had it 4 days now but I like it.

Doing the type work that I perform the van was an excellent choice, able to carry repair parts on board which decreased my time at job sites and less hardware stops.

Omg I don’t know where to start! I came in knowing that or thought that I was not going to be able to get a car because of my credit. How about I let with the exact color and model and it’s fully loaded couldn’t have be happier. I had to leave the best for last Tom is the man he is funny but about his business. And I can’t leave Chris out !!!!

We have been running class 1-3 work trucks for 30 years. This Nissan is the best we've had, EVER. In terms of no-fuss, no repairs, nothing to think worry about. It's very comfortable on the highway. The long pickup truck type of nose makes urban maneuvering less appealing than the competitors, but that would be my only gripe. I recommend getting the V-8. It's a very smooth engine and does not consume much more fuel than the V-6. These trucks average 12-13 MPG, depending on high vs. low roof. We tow very heavy trailers with this truck on occasion and it handles it fine. We are at 110,000 miles with Zero repairs!
