This experience was second to none!!! I previously had a not so favorable experience with Tafel motors, however, the general sales manager, Abel, read my previous negative review and quickly took action. He personally called me to find out the specifics of my experience, he took the time to explain to me their customer service commitment and offered to change my perception of Tafel motors if given the opportunity. Mr. Abel referred me to Ms. Alisa Gerton, Ms. Gerton jumped right in without hesitation and was able to assist me in purchasing the exact car that I was looking for! To say that I'm extremely satisfied with my latest experience with Tafel motors would be an understatement. Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

I drove 950 miles to buy a specific used car and it was worth it!! The vehicle was just as described. The salesman knew I would be less than happy if it wasn't. After the deal had been agreed to the owner came out to me and noticed the gas tank was less than1/4 tank and handed me a "L" note and apologized for the tank not having more in it! A truly nice gesture.

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

While I did not buy a vehicle during this trip, I will be back. Their website is very easy to use and contains a up-to-date listing of what they offer. Mike Brady (the owner) and Chris Clark (salesman) were VERY professional and personable. They were informative but not pushy. The only reason I did not buy from them is that I couldn't get my wife back to do a test drive before the vehicle sold. They even offered for me to drive the car to her (across town) but I refused... My loss. I think Brady Automotive is a hidden gem in the Louisville area.

I recommend this car to anyone! I had the car for 4 years to get me through college and unfortunately I hit a deer and completely totaled the car. Nissan gets too much hate, this was an absolutely solid car. Bought the car with 48,000 miles and the odometer read 235,000 miles right before I totaled it. I have never had a single mechanical issue with the car, the only thing that needed to be replaced was my AC system at 140,000 miles. If you want a car that last forever buy an Altima you won’t be disappointed. I have owned a 2008 Rogue, 2009 Versa, the 2015 Altima, and now I own a 2023 Nissan Rogue and I have never had a problem with any of my cars. I will be buying Nissan again again.

We were really blessed in the age of covid to find glenn chrysler in Crestwood. It was one of the easiest buying experiences we've ever had. Preston was our salesman and from him through management it was a pleasant experience well worth repeating. My wife bought a new Jeep Wagoneer from them and it is an awesome ride.

As the owner of a 2013 Nissan Juke, I’ve really enjoyed the experience. It’s compact but surprisingly powerful, thanks to the turbocharged engine—it handles more like a sporty hatchback than an SUV. The unique design always turns heads, and it’s been super reliable over the years. It’s fun to drive, easy to park, and great on gas. I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

It's a nice car, considering the deal we got on it!!! It runs really good and hopefully, our daughter will be able to drive it back and forth to ATL

Doing fine at 175k miles this car is a dream. I've been approached for offers to buy it. This car saved our lives in a near head on crash. As a sports car sedan it has lived up to its name. A few fixes, nothing major thus far. I'll be riding in this reliable gem hopefully for years to come.

Traci and Phil were great sales people. We seen a few minor problems with the car we wanted and they fixed it straight away. They have a wide selection and easy approval process and great prices. A great Christian business ,have already recommended it to friends and family

I bought mine back in 2010 brand new an absolutely love it, which they still made them. They need to bring them back but keep the same shape and the simple and easy inside, not make them look like mini vans on wheels or add a 3rd row seat. If they made them like the one I have now I would definital have one. LOVE MINE

Falls City Motorsports- owner and company- are great. I did not stop in to buy a car, rather my (mature) Honda Civic, was beeping and not stopping,(FYI -this is, I am afraid, a fact with older model Hondas). I pulled into the parking area, Jeff and company got up, came outside, told me how to stop it. This has 2X happened before, and FCM are the ONLY folks to tell me what to do...and NOT charge. I can only imagine if I ever buy a luxury car, I will visit FCM first.

I recommend this car for city driving though interstate driving is ok. I bought it new with 54 miles on it. I don't even have 11000 mi on it in 9 years. I've only replaced the battery twice and engine air filter once. The car is comfortable and reliable including tire pressure warnings during snow.

I take care of my baby, i totally transformed the car , its pimped out now . Bought this car at 60k Miles in 2017 and now has 215k miles present day. I will say , My oil changes were every 5000miles with full synthetic oil used. I change the cvt fluid every 50000 miles or once a year for me cause i have heavier rims and tires on the car. I must say this is the best car i have owned by far and if you love it , it will love you.

I have owned my 2009 Rogue since 2011. I love this car, fits my short 4'11" frame so well. Have had minor issues besides the transmission which was covered under their warrantee. Wouldbuy again.

Got this v6 Frontier Desert Runner new in 2001. Have changed all fluids on schedule. Had to add one can of Freon to AC last year. Replaced stereo speakers ten years ago. Installed new shocks. All original hoses, Runs great. Everything still works, including the original sound system. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this truck coast to coast. Not bad for a 24 year old truck.

Not a pushy bunch. Sales folk seemed decent but I only worked with one. Just be aware of the typical dealer antics. They will work with you to get you the car you can get, which may surprise you

I love my Altima. It looks good and it handles beautifully. The gas mileage is good, especially on the highway. The car is comfortable, too.

Love my Nissan Armada! The room inside is more than any other big car I have owned. I like all of the features but wish it had a few more that I'm used to having, like seat adjustment memory settings and auto bright lights but the rest of the features are great! I wish it got better gas mileage but I knew it didn't when I bought it. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone who wants a large, full-size car!

This is my first car and I absolutely love it! I plan to keep my car for as long as I can. It's very reliable, I've had the car for about a year and half now and I've only ever had 2 issues with the car. The first being the starter not working right after I purchased it and the 2nd being the AC going out a few months, with both issues being fixed and relatively cheap, although I take my car to a mechanic I personally know instead of a dealership. This car has never left me stranded or failed me, It has always and I mean always started right up. I also love how comfortable and quiet the cabin is. Even on the highway it is nice and quiet on the inside and it drives so smoothly, I always get complements on how smooth and nice the car is while driving. The car is amazing on gas! I do put gas about once a week although I do travel a bit further for work along with all my errands so it all depends on how often you drive. My car is the 2.0 SL which is the mid trim level, it comes with steering wheel buttons, cruise control and a slightly nicer radio system. People tend to complain about the CVT transmission, I've yet to have any issues with it and I'm currently at 183K miles! although I did buy my car used and it had 169K when i first got it so I'm not too sure about before hand but so far I myself don't have any issues. It's all about taking good care of your car, I'm always on top of maintenance such as oil changes, breaks, tires, etc. Just take good care of your car and it will take care of you. I love the radio system, It has a WORKING CD player which may not matter to most but I'm a CD collector so I'm so glad it not only comes with it but also works, but it also has an aux port which i find amazing as most cars around this time period don't have any way to connect a phone. My only complaint about this car is that I do wish it came with keyless entry, mine only came with just the key itself and I do know the nicer trim levels get the keyless entry but it still would be nice to have! Overall it's an amazing car and I plan to keep her for as long as I can

My car has been great first problem with it at 165,161 miles had 17miles at purchase. Just my normal ware and maintenance. I have no complaints about my Altima.

I bought my 2013 Nissan Rogue and is still running with 165,000 miles , I do all services and mechanical issue at the dealership ; lately is that I feel a weird noise down in the transmission area but changing gears perfectly. I will buy another Nissan 100% .

I have bought 3 cars from digital auto over the years. Most recently in September 2023. We bought a 2010 hyundai sonata. It has been a great,solid car. Also bought a Honda accord a few years back, and it hasn't had a single problem in 3 years. We did have some proplem( transmission failure) with an Altima we bought there a few months later, but found out that is just common with that year make and model. So i dont blame Digital auto for that. Amy was great, friendly, low pressure. I did my research and knew the car had great ratings. I have seen many bad reviews on here lately. I do agree that the attention to detail on the quality of the cars has slipped a little since they have been expanding these last couple of years. But overall I think they sell used cars at a great price. Customers need to do their research about what they are buying. Thanks

This car has all the bells and whistles I wanted. Leather, sunroof, backup camera, heated seats, etc. A pleasure to drive. The only negative is that I wish it got better gas mileage. It is a V6, so I opted for power over mileage.
