I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.

Got an oil change and it was great. No pressure to buy anything else. Price was reasonable.

Best 12 passenger van ever. Strong, reliable, and tons of space. It drives like a truck and the V8 has the capabilities to pull a LOT of weight, or just hold bikes on the back.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

Got a new 2024 outback wilderness and love it. Process was VERY efficient and not pushy at all through the entire process. They had reallistic and honest expectations from both viewpoints and excellent professional conduct. Best of all the staff are super down to earth. Also they have a super cute dog to play with while the paperwork is in process. Wife and I were blown away at the staffs scope of knowledge on their vehicles, each vehicles mechanical and technical changes year over year, and especially impressed with their willingness to give a full runthrough of everything a new buyer could and should know. Finance didnt push a single thing on us and the extra warrenty price points were well within what prices SHOULD be elsewhere. I am a college student, and this was my parent's vehicle. They gave it to me, where I drive it in colorado. It is unbeatable. I accelerate fast, drive 60 mph with chains, slide into snow banks, blast speakers, cram 20 people into it, drive it for 3k miles without a break. It's gone over 130 mph on route 50, and it's idled for two days straight. It's gotten me to the mountains and back over a hundred times, and I can't drive in the snow. The best part is that it shares many parts with other nissans of the era, so you can ALWAYS find parts in the scrapyard.

Nissan NV3500 passenger vans work great for towing our 9,000lb Travel Trailer camper RV. The only issue we've had with these is the rear A/C goes out.

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

We love our Nissan NV 3500. It can pull anything and we transport several of our mastiffs around the country. Haven't had any issues. Roomy front seat, roomy area, as we have taken out the seats. We purchased it to travel with our big dogs, Handles beautifully and is better on gas mileage than we were told it would be. Love how the back doors open to the stay flat against the sides. Wish list....AWD, A/C is in front and back but wish we had separate controls for front and back for the dogs.

Just got this used so far so good it has one bad strut and it's hard to find the parts for this but overall everything else is in great condition. I'm a first-time mom and just felt like my Volvo truck didn't have enough room with the car seat. It's a smooth ride to be a van.
