They got back to me and was professional. They had a lot of cars that I can actually choose from. But unfortunately I have a setback that stop me from going to the dealership to see what deals I could get. As soon as I get better I will be shopping with these guys I think they will give me a great deal on a car. And I look forward to meeting my representative that will be able to help me and put me in a nice reliable vehicle. I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

I arrived on a Tuesday to test drive a Ford Edge that I was interested in. After checking out other locations are returned on Wednesday to finalize the deal. I've known car purchases to take up your entire day but even with a trade-in, Omar had me out in two and a half hours.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I have never purchased a car from a dealership whose staff have been more courteous, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and caring than the staff at Serra Chevrolet - Bartlett, TN. It was a totally enjoyable experience (extremely rare in dealing with car dealerships). Found the perfect car after a nationwide search, flew in to Memphis (where they picked me up) and drove 325 miles home with my new Malibu. Also loved the additional discount offered to military veterans. I'd give more than 5 stars but this is the highest rating available.

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Good,friendly, price good and good vehicles. They stand behind their word and their work.

Aesthetically pleasing. Awesome fuel economy!!! Handles well. I used to drive a 2018 Altima SV until a deer decided that i needed to purchase a new vehicle, otherwise, I'd still be driving that one which was totaled at 227k+ miles...190k+ miles by me (personally) in 4 and a half yrs. The front seats feel slightly smaller though....maybe it's just me.

Talked with mike,told him what I needed and what I had. He was understanding and worked out a deal I could live with. It was a good experience and I will be dealing with them again.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

Great car- drives fantastic- sleek sporty style with a touch of class. Gas saver not a gas guzzler. An abundance of space for traveling with luggage or groceries. I love Nissan vehicles they are designed for people in mind for commuting and traveling comfortably.

Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. Overall satisfied but Nissan got improve the quality inside the car. Finally my seat belt sensor gone out. Almost through paying for car and my next car is truck

This is my 3rd Nissan Altima and have been pleased with the service and the reliabilty of the car. Comfortable ride and very quiet. If you are looking for a 4 door Sedan you might want take a closer look at this one.

I have only owned this car for 1 month but I am very pleased with my purchase, smooth, quiet, comfortable, great sound system. This car rides like a much higher priced car even with the 19” wheels. If you are looking for an everyday car with great ride and gas mileage this is the one for you.

My Altima currently has 112,000 on the dash, and haven’t had a single issue. Other than brakes being replaced, spark plugs, tires and battery, car is a phenomenal.

Love my 2024 Nissan Sentra sv I hit my hear mark with my baby I call her “Diamond” lol she’s great with mileage/gas and is comfortable for me and my daughter and visiting family in California I have no plans On trading her love the space inside and smoothness when driving Siri play “isn’t she lovely” lol I definitely recommend

Bought my 21 Sentra SV Brand new,car now has 37000 on it.Quite honestly has been super reliable.reccomend.Only problem I did have was an electrical issue.They replaced the BCM under warranty all is well

I’ve had so much trouble finding and buying a car over the last half year—I know this is largely due to inventory issues everywhere, however, after dealing with 15+ dealerships over a vast region, most places wouldn’t take ownership of services they are still in control of. They’d treat inventory as the scapegoat for everything, when customer service still matters so much. I’d either be immediately dismissed or forced to make a physical appt to get a simple answer that should have been a virtual delivery. That was until I met Nicole at Wolfchase Toyota—by far the best experience I had after searching in MS, SC, GA, ARK, NC, & TN!! I recently purchased a 2024 Sentra SV with the premium package. I also currently own a 2020 Sentra SV (no upgraded package). I've owned that one for 4 years with 80k miles on it now. Great, reliable car. Very comfortable seats, great gas mileage, very good standard stereo system. I love the layout of everything for HVAC controls and radio. The dash display with speed limit sign recognition is great as well. I have had zero problems with the 2020 Sentra (I'm passing that car along to my daughter so not getting rid of it). For the 2024, the only notable differences are the transmission (it was upgraded in 2024) and the stereo controls. The transmission seems more responsive now in keeping rpms low without losing any acceleration. Very quiet car without the whining on the CVT. (there is some but not bad). The stereo on the premium package includes Bose speakers. I was hoping they would be a great upgrade but noticed no real improvement; maybe even slightly worse than the standard setup. In my 2020 Sentra, there is a sound adjustment for the midrange and a bass enhancer you can turn on/off. The new one does not have these selections. It sounds like too much midrange so kind of distorted and not crisp like I expect the Bose to be. Other than that, the car performs the same. It's a perfect reliable commuter car with enough features to keep you happy and comfortable on long drives. I have no issue with pickup or highway driving. I highly recommend.

I have the 2019 Nissan Sentra SV Special Edition and the ride and seats are very comfortable. Gas Mileage is great in the city using the Eco mode which I use a lot. I got up to 36 miles per gallon in the city. I added some System48Plus to the oil crank case and now I'm getting up to 40 miles per gallon in the city! I bought the car certified and it had no recalls so I decided to buy this one. Some of those other 2019s had a recall. The front of the car looks amazing sporty! The thing that's not as good would be the performance which I don't need as long as I am saving gas but I am getting a better puck up since I added that engine treatment as well as better gas mileage. The only other thing that could use improvement would be the sterio speakers and l will probably just change that to Boise speakers. Overall it's a great looking and dependable car.
