The vehicle that I purchased back in April began to have issues and my car?s warranty would not cover the repairs. I reached out to the dealership and spoke to the general manager Andre and he immediately found a resolution after hearing my concern. Even though I didn?t expect everything to be right with the car because it was used he understood the issue and reimbursed me for the repairs on my vehicle. A lot of used car dealers wouldn?t have even bothered listening and showing concern once they have money but Andre and the staff were awesome in handling the situation. Now my car runs like a baby!!!! Love this team in Charleston

I love driving my new Pathfinder. It drives well and I feel safe in it. The seats are very comfortable. I love the all black on the exterior. This is my first Nissan and I would recommend this vehicle to others.

I’ve owned Toyota Camrys my entire adult life and can’t say enough about their reliability. We upgraded our 2015 Quest to a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. We absolutely love it! The car has a great ride, great features, and does great on gas considering it being a big SUV. We have had the pathfinder for almost a year now and we have never had a single mechanical issue with the car except maintenance. If you want a car that lasts forever I recommend buying one!

I recently bought a 2020 AWD SL Murano and am very impressed with the interior space, seat comfort and list of standard features of this car. I was considering MB GLE and Lexus GX350 as well and think I clearly got a great value with the Murano. I also think the maintenance and repair costs will be less than a German alternative.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! Have owned a 2021 Rogue Sport for 6 months. I’ve noticed a lot of people commenting on acceleration issues while merging on HWY. unless mine is in eco mode I have no problem merging at HWY speeds.

Our Rouge has a sunroof. In Spring pollen collects around sunroof and clogs hoses which causes water to leak onto passenger seat. A LOT of water we have had to get it to nclogged several times It is rather frustrating Is this a recall situation?

I had my car for 4 months, long commuter here i drive 100 miles a day and i love it. Eco mode saves gas and snow mode great in winter and snow.

The only problem with any of the kicks is they are very small inside Great if you are a small short person, 40 mpg will make you OVERLOOK THAT😂

It's a great car, except for the fact it sometimes does NOT have enough power. whenever I accelerate from 0, it may take up to a second or two to actually accelerate. in roads going upwards, not even full throttle will make it accelerate enough.

Nissan Ariya is an excellent car. The interior is luxurious and the design is striking. This car is faster than any gas guzzler. There should be more of these on the road. I charge mostly at home and have had no issues with fast charging stations in California.

Out of all the EV SUVs, this is probably one of the better ones. Why? Because it doesn't rely on a huge screen for all the controls. Nissan has 10+ years of EVs with its Leaf. So they know how to build EVs. Even though it was the first generation I was more confident than VW that they would make a good, reliable EV. The car is a lot bigger than it looks inside. As a 6' male, I can sit comfortable in the back seat. The design of the interior is great. It has actual buttons for some of the features. You still have to interact with the screen for most of the functionality, but they do have important ones as mechanical or capacitive buttons with haptic feedback. The open area in the front looks cool, but I don't think it is practical. I would've prefered a bin to store objects instead of an open area. It seems like things can get into the driver side and mess with braking or gas pedal. The trunk is a bit smaller than comparative Gas SUVs of its class. But it's similar to size of its EV counterparts. I got the Empower+ trim which includes hands free autopilot driving, auto-parking, etc. They work well. It also comes with the digital rear-view mirror, which is essential for a car like this since the rear window is small. The ride is comfortable, and it looks great. It is a bit more expensive compared to the other EV SUVs of its class. But I think the quality is better than the other EVs I've seen so I didn't mind paying a bit more for something I feel was better.

My New 2023 Nissan Ariya is the best car I have ever owned. I have now driven my Ariya for three weeks, everything works, I did have to spend three days reading the Owners Manual, there are 175 pages of settings, and all the setups I made work as specified. The front and side Visibility is perfect and so is the rear visibility using the rear digital camera, the seats are very comfortable, the ride is great and very quiet. My favorite feature is the Heads Up Display, everything I need to see is projected in big clear graphics onto the windshield. I can't say enough goods things about my new Ariya.

Purchased my Rogue about one month ago. I previously owned a Lexus ES350 and wanted a small SUV but the luxury brands didn’t do it for me. Likes: Works well as a daily driver Has all the room I need SL trim level is very nice, love 360 camera Bought from a great dealership Dislikes The Bose sound system is horrible Mid 20’s MPG, could be better Overall, very happy with my choice and glad I didn’t go with the CX5 I almost bought.
