Recently I purchased a total of three cars from Greenlight Auto. I am 71 years old and purchased more than my share of cars and this experience with Greenlight Auto is by far the absolute best experience I have ever had. Carlos, the general manager is a true professional in every aspect and is an even better person. If you can not work out a deal with these guys, then you aren't really trying. Steve who had to service all the cars was great and he too went over and beyond the call of duty. My wife, daughter and grandson are and were very pleased with the whole process. Without hesitation , I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
Great selection of inventory, knowledgeable and polite salespeople (especially Dom and Jon) and a beautiful facility gave Crowley VW the edge on a day where I had already seen 2 other dealerships. This is the third car my family has purchased from the Crowley group but the first from VW. This team has set the bar way above their competition.
Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.
I cannot say enough positive things about my car buying experience at Harte. I worked with Larry to purchase a used Nissan Rogue, and he and Paul bent over backwards to work out a deal for me. They were patient, flexible, responsive, and at no point did I feel any pressure. This was a great buying experience!
My wife and I recently purchased a used minivan from Harte Used Car Super Center in Meriden and it was and excellent experience. Had the van for several days now and the family loves it. Franco Cavallaro was the salesman who assisted us and he was fantastic. No pressure sales tactics, he was informed and walked us through the entire process of handling our trade and getting us a better finance rate than our credit union offered. We went to a couple of other dealers who had vehicles that were pretty dirty a not well maintained. Harte has nice clean cars. In fact the day I went to look at the van I was interested in unannounced, I didn't see it on the lot but Franco found it in their garage getting all of the preventative maintenance that it needed and doing all of their point inspections. It was great to see that they were actually doing this work and the inspections, so I can say from my experience they are doing what the say. If your looking for a nice, clean used car at reasonable prices I recommend stopping in to see Franco and his team in Meriden. A+

I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry from this dealership in November 2013. The salesperson Brian Flannigan was one of the most genuine, low-pressure, and patient salespeople I have ever dealt with. My buying experience was decent and timely. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about the repair shop or the dealership as a whole. First, Brian was fired a few months later after I bought the car. Around the same time, I brought my Camry in for the first complimentary oil change after leaving work. After a slightly below average wait time, my car was ready. When I went home and checked the oil an hour later, I was surprised to see how dark the oil was on the dipstick. The car takes 5w-20 or 0w-20, very light oil that you almost need a flashlight to see it after it's changed. I never went back to the dealer again and have been changing the oil myself on this car ever since.
We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
Great experience, Al was Great! I have financed twice before with other dealerships and its the typical spending hours to discuss, finalize & drive away with a car.. Branhaven was the opposite! Super helpful in discussing what my best options were, the whole process was smooth and quick! Picked up my car and signed all my paperwork in just about an hour, they were very understanding that i had a not so helpful schedule. Love my new Jeep Compass!

Ray the Manager is a very low key manager who wants the customer to be happy with everything to do with the car buying process.
