This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

East Coast Honda is the best place I have ever bought a car. Fred Ford the salesman was absolutely fantastic. From the minute I walked in the door to the time I left with my new car, I was met with professionalism and kindness - the experience was just wonderful!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

I had been waiting for the new 2026 CRV Trailsport Hybrid. As soon I saw them at East Coast Honda, I told my husband I had to get one before they were gone. Our salesperson, Meet Patel, made the whole process so easy. He helped us get the price we wanted for our trade-in and even linked my phone to the vehicle for me. Our finance guy, Daniel, was equally awesome. Honda outdid themselves with the new CRV re-design, I love it!!

I rate the entire buying experience with sales rep, Abby Miller, outstanding. She had a positive attitude from the minute she said "hello" and never gave up until we drove off in a new Jetta. She even followed through when we brought the car back for its 2 week check up. She really is an excellent sales rep. The facility was clean and modern, with cars beautifully displayed. Financing was handled quickly and efficiently and everyone we dealt with was pleasant, supportive and courteous. We had heard a strange noise, just before our two week check up and the car was checked from top to bottom,and test driven before we left, to be sure nothing was overlooked.The car is running beautifully. So our entire experience was wonderful and we rate the entire experience as an excellent one

Had to buy a lug key for my passat. The service guy was excellent on matching up the right one. He worked with me from the first call. Had me send him a pic of the pattern and when I arrived at the dealership it was ready with a smile. The price was good and the service was quick. Would recommend to anyone and will deal with in all future transactions!!

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

May 31, last day of the month, but our salesperson, Ed Turner, went over and above to straighten out a few things for us and get us into the perfect new vehicle for us. Hopefully, y'all appreciate him!!

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

The service department is so kind and knowledgeable. They weren’t pushy and showed me all of my optional repair and maintenance options as well as cost if I opted for any of it at their location. I was very impressed.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I love the Metris Cargo Van. Great on gas and tons of room in cargo area. You only need a 5' 8" clearance so you can park in a garage or parking garage like in high rise buildings. It's a smooth ride, functional and looks cool.

I have done business with this dealership several times. Each car has been pretty good, when I had a problem later, the service department was able to work me in rather quickly. I continue to shop with them for my family because they are upfront and honest. I always feel like I am a valued customer and get a fair deal. I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.
