I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Overall good dealer. Greeted and welcomed like I mattered. Did all the sales person could do to get the deal done. Even though I don't get approved for the loan.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I drove 5 hrs. to possibly purchase a 2007 corvette. I contacted the dealership days prior to the ride, the salesman was very helpful over the phone. I had asked if he could send me more photos of the car at which he did in a very timely fashion. After making the long drive I arrived to find the car exactly a described by the salesperson. I drove the car and loved everything about it. The sale couldn't have gone a better from dealing with the salesperson to the finance manager. I have owned the car about 6 weeks and love it. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

Dustin was good in managing clear communication in this process and I will definitely try again to buy Volvo Volvo from them. The dealership space could have been bigger

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

He helped us with the whole buying process an made it so easy for us, there was no high pressure to buy, just a helpful salesman. I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Vehicle was in for a warranty repair. Chris kept me informed every step of the way. He responded to my questions/concerns in a timely manner. Service time as good but had to wait a week for the part to arrive. Vehicle is working as it should. I did have to call back the next day for a software update (front collision warning light was illuminated. They took care of in 20 minutes. I appreciate the costumer service from all the staff members. Great Job!

I love everything about this vehicle! Was upset when Dodge stopped making the Caravan, but this one filled the void nicely. Great price as well.
