I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Alot of these reviews need to understand this is a USED CAR DEALERSHIP! Not a new car dealership thus meaning you might have a MINOR problem with obe of the vehicles or you might not! Complaints about a USED car is weird. ALL the cars I've gotten from them have been great and that's why I keep going back. For the cars and for the people! This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

terrible radio design, cannot toggle form am fm to sat radio, have to go thru all selections first, cannot go direct to bands. under powered, needs a large 6v turbo or a v8. armrests too narrow and too short for long trips. seat bottom too short, options too expensive and not enough packages. why is dark interior a high priced option, and not just a choice, needs led headlights, thicker front windshield got stone chips from small stones

They where very easygoing when I negotiated my out-the-door price. I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.
